My first pie I didn't use enough custard powder & I chose to use hot water to mix it in. But that only made my pie very chunky. 

Though my second attempt at it was much better by mixing the powder in to cold water first.

I love Birds Custard Powder! Very good product for the whole family.

I use this to make a lemon filling in one of my recipes. Works great.

Great Custard

Good but expensive now for what it is. Also sweet! Wish it was less sweet. try topped with unsweetened coconut, yum! :)

Yum but sweet

Good 'ol fashioned Bird's, it could be better, but I have my own secret for that. Great to have around for 'drop-in' company. Easy to make/microwave in 6 minutes. Can be used either as a sauce or pudding to pour over cakes.

I bought this custard powder to make Nanaimo bars and have not used it yet.  I am looking forward to the end result.

The instructions that use English terms like "the hob" are a little annoying as are the instructions.
I much prefer Harry Hornes but Walmart doesn't seem to carry that brand.

It is just OK
