Hands down my favourite gluten free brownies.

Better than any homemade!!

With my son's recent Celiac diagnosis, I've been trying to keep things as "normal" as possible.  We've been trying a lot gluten-free food, some failures, some successes.  These brownies were a success.  It's super high in sugar but that's the same with all gluten free foods.   The entire family and guests enjoyed these brownies.

This is a great gluten free product and Walmart has the best price. Very easy and can be made dairy free. I do recommend it.

Turned out really well for a gluten free brownie. A very rich chocolate taste. May be a little more likely to crumble, but the taste is very much like any regular brownie recipe with gluten.

Tastes as good as a regular brownie

For all the people giving these negative reviews for now having milk in the ingredient list...shame on you-you're decreasing a rating because you can't have them. That's like writing a negative review on nuts because you're allergic to them....write to Betty Crocker specifically about the change in ingredients. Now for the brownies...they are so much like the original "fudge" style brownies that I once enjoyed frequently and am glad to have found these! I made them with butter (because duh, everything tastes better with butter) and I am very impressed.  Even my non-GF husband enjoyed them!

Tried the regular brownies which were great. I tried making this today by adding 2 eggs and 60gr of melted butter as advised, but the mix was powdery after I mixed well, I could still feel the powdery consistency after I baked them, like tiny grains. Looked good but didn't like the consistency, texture.

I had my brownies in the oven before I saw that the ingredients now include milk. This was going to be my contribution to dinner this afternoon to save my host from having to provide a dessert that accommodates my food allergies.  I am completely shocked and puzzled as to why Betty Crocker changed a perfectly good recipe and ADDED an allergen.  Thankfully, I have King Arthur gluten free flour and the ingredients to make a gluten-free, milk-free pecan pie.  Hopefully, I can get it done in time!

We are heartbroken that they changed the recipe to include milkfat.  These brownies used to be dairy and gluten free which worked out for our family since both allergies existed.  We can no longer purchase this brand and they tasted really good.  I which they would change the recipe back.
