I just tried the wild pacific salmon and the portions are sizeable and filling and the fillets come out of the pan juicy and flaky every time.

It is always a treat when cooking up Mediterranean Salmon.
The flavour is adaptable to any dish.  Adding the Salmon to à salad, as a protein for one's meal, or even eating it by itself.
I  find myself eating this Salmon for breakfast.  I just eat it cold (leftover from being cooked before).  ... just like pizza Slice.
This is one of the best frozen fish options available.  One will find themselves craving for more Pan-Seared Pacfic Salmon Mediterranean!

Delicious Pan-Seared Mediterranean Salmon

I've tried this as well as 2 other varieties from the same line. They seem like a good alternative of frozen fish cuts to me. No preparation or thawaing necessary, not even cooking oil, to pan sear or bake. Of course the flip side to this is not being able to season to taste and controlling the sodium level. At least they are better than almost anything else bearing the High Liner brand (think fish sticks & the like). Not a great choice at regular price, but with promotional pricing routinely around 50% off that in my area at the time of this review I feel this product is worth a serious consideration.

decent choice of frozen fish if price is right

Good option for a quick dinner. Not too long to cook, we made it in the air fryer. Seasoning was good. We did not have to add any additional seasoning. I just add lemon juice to mine for an extra kick. Important not to over cook as it dies not take long to cook. When done right it is flaky but not dried out. The calorie counts were good. Good protein option when needing a fast dinner option.

High Liner pan sear Mediterranean wild pacific salmon is a great option for a quick, no fuss dinner. The portion size is a good option to add vegetable and salad side dishes, too. I like the quality of the product and ease of preparation. My only comment is that I find this seasoning combination to be a little intense for my taste.
I personally would like to see other salmon flavour options perhaps something sweeter like maple barbeque…

Frozen salmon dinner option

I enjoyed the light breading on this salmon. I'm use to a naked salmon so the breading was bearable for salmon. The seasoning's were prefect as well. It's a quick, convenient, high protein meal, just wish the pieces were a little bigger. Overall great tasting

I recommend this product, very good taste and very good value for money, everyone here we love for a frozen product and we will surely take it again, good last minute troubleshooter and not very long to make, we tried it to air fryer

Fish Freeze

This was our first time trying the High Liner Mediterranean Salmon and we were pleased.   My husband went for a second serving.   I don't enjoy the spice rosemary so much and I felt there was a dash too much but I did enjoy my dinner as I can get past the spice if needed.  Looking forward to trying different flavor s.

Easy Salmon dinner

Lightly coated and quite tasty but the fillers are very thin and only four in the box so one box was not enough for my family.  Very processed though the dehydrated  tomato on the coating was good.  Overall I won't purchase again because the price makes them outside of my budget for what you are getting in quality and quantity.

Tasty But Too Pricey

I love salmon and really most fish. But I love salmon for its unique flavour profile. I grew up eating this specific box of Salmon but the last time we had it, it barely tasted like anything. Not only was there very little salmon flavour, but the actual crust was bland as well.
