Outer plastic was broken but inside product is good

I have used other brand got but they were very hard and difficult to crush. But Verka kohlapuri gor is having nice taste and soft too, easy to use.

Product was not fresh

I recently purchased jaggery and was shocked to find hair and tiny artificial pearls mixed in with the product. This is completely unacceptable for a food item. The presence of these plastic objects not only raises serious hygiene concerns but also shows a lack of quality control. I strongly urge others to be cautious when buying this brand and to thoroughly inspect the product before consuming.I hope the manufacturer takes immediate action to ensure better quality standards moving forward.

One packet out of two were completely expired in fungus. Disappointed
