And the almonds add a salty, nutty flavor that really compliments the sweet vanilla flakes. It gives me the perfect amount of morning energy. I add fruit to the top of mine and it keeps me full until lunch! If you love vanilla and almonds definitely give this flavor a try!

An old favorite that still tastes as good

I bought this when I couldn't find the Special K Cinnamon and Pecan.  When I finally found the Cinnamon and Pecan again, I  realized how much more I  loved the Special K Vanilla and Almond!!  I eat practically every morning, and sometimes for dinner !!

Suddenly, I felt the need to  take care of my earthly vessel; I had outlived Chris Farley..just wasn't enough.  Oatmeal was the foundation of my family and I swore I'd never do it again when I had a choice.  Special K Vanilla Almond allows make good choices, feel better about the pipes and still be my 8 year old with a bowl of cereal and cartoons in my underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good flavor but Special K in general has too many hard crunchy bits that are bad for teeth especially us seniors. The sugar and sodium content are reasonable but we find lower options so this is a treat when we buy it.

I usually love specialK vanilla and almonds but man they're slacking on the Almonds out of my box of cereal I maybe found 10 sliced Almonds and hardly any vanilla clusters !! Smh stuff just isn't like it used to be.
