Get a gourmet dish on the table in less time than it would take in a restaurant. Plaisirs Gastronomiques Lamb Shanks is a festive and refined main that’s ready in a flash. Each package contains 2 tender and tasty lamb shanks that have been seasoned with herbs and then sous vide cooked. We have preserved them at peak doneness, so all you have to do is re-heat them in their freshness pouch for 10 minutes, then pour them into a baking dish to finish in the oven for another 15 minutes. Plate them with roasted or steamed veggies, plus mashed potatoes or rice for an elevated meal that’s special, but oh-so easy to prepare.

Why we need to call from outside to pick up our order

Complicated collection

The lamb shanks were moist and tender. But they were too salty, too gamey, and they came in their own bland juices.  I was disappointed because it cost a lot of money. Years ago I bought PG lamb shanks and they came with a delicious thick gravy. Did they change the recipe or did I get mixed up with another brand?!
