I have pickies eaters here. But one thing I can count on is them eating cheese. They love petit Quebec cheese, mozzarella to be precise, as snacks or as protein in lunches. We also enjoy melting it on pasta or tacos. The light doesn't change the taste. It works well for us. Thanks

Sweet and delicious cheese, I put it in my sandwiches, on my salads. I made homemade pizzas with this mozzarella and the texture/taste was perfect.

I love this mozzarella cheese from Quebec. The taste is good without being too fat or too caloric. Perfect for snacks or for gratin

It's great for recipes and mostly on pizza, I put cheese everywhere so it's great to have a low calorie option. I would recommend that product for low calorie options

an excellent-quality mozzarella cheese, with wonderful consistency, texture and flavour, but without the guilt of consuming the full milk-fat content of regular mozzarella cheese. It shreds great, melts great, and is a wonderful component of my homemade pizzas and cheesy oven pastas, such as lasagna).

Shreds great, tastes great, and less fat

The taste was very good, however I have had the same quality cheese for less expensive elsewhere. If you can afford the extra to buy this cheese then I would recommend it, it's just a little outside of our monthly food budget
