First time I've ever made or eaten poutine.  It was fantastic!

Not sure if these are real curds
Because they melt soooo fast compared to other curds I've tried!  Amazing in poutine!

Cheese please!

Ok but not great

Those are NOT poutine curds. They are too firm, not "squeeky", not moist enough. Okay as regular cheese I guess, but not that tasty either. I feel generous putting two stars because Saputo usually has good cheese. This is a total miss.

Where is the Squeek?

Avoid!!!! Seems like it has been already frozen

I enjoyed other Saputa cheese but Curd is not their cup of tea

Saputa curd cheese is disgusting!

It is not worth the cost, it is not good. It looks like a fu mozzarella with a gouda taste... texture and strange taste.

Not really cheese in grain.
