Good product as gluten-free.  Was substituted for regular bread.  It's not.

Schar's is always worth buying.  Nice baguette.

Crunchy outside

I looked for a GF baguette for years before I found this one. I made up for lost time by eating as many as I could! Just pop in the oven for a few minutes until the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and warm.

Excellent baguette

These baguettes are suitable for serving to anyone - not just gluten sensitive people. I have used them for subs, regular sandwiches, garlic bread and just toast. I have served them to visitors. You get two in a package so they're a good deal. The only problem is in shipping them. They are packed in nitrogen wraps so they stay fresh a very long time. But, Walmart likes to ship them inside a stapled paper bag - puncturing the nitrogen pack with the staples. Bad move Walmart.

Best gluten free bread I've ever tried.  It has the crusty outer and chewy inner that regular bread has.  Great as is or toasted.

These are fabulous! Heat for 5-8 min in the oven till crust crisps. You'd never know they are not regular baguettes.
