Purchased chair on promo - decent chair for the cost. 
Instruction illustrations are hard to read - helps to look up assembly video on YT. 
The head rest works best if adjusted to sit in the nape of your neck.... This was the main reason I purchased the chair to correct posture  and for neck/head support - works wonderfully.   Very comfortable chair, with aesthetic appeal.

Good for back, neck and head support.

Overall, it's a good chair for the price, especially for taller people. The armrests are soft and adjustable (slide and angle), which is useful. However, they don't lock firmly in place, so they can shift position easily under pressure.

Good chair, minor armrest issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfy chair but the headrest sticks out too much and pushes my head forward-very uncomfortable and I had to remove it completely because it hurts my neck-so I don't have a headrest-one of the features that I wanted
