This is my favourite brand of bread now. Good value and nice texture with the right amount of moisture. Glad I discovered this.

The texture and taste is quite enjoyable and even freezes well. Out family sometimes don't eat bread fast enough before its best before date so we freeze our bread and toast as needed. I can say, that there is no quality difference if it was frozen prior to toasting.

Dempsters Brand Ancient Grain Loaves

I tend to purchase this bread since it is whole grain and mixed with ancient grains. Nutritious and healthy. Dempster is a good brand.

The only complaints are the modern double hit of this brand's smaller size and suddenly inflated price. It's not easy to be certain but it seems like they made it more airy too which is another form of sneaky shrinkflation. Good taste though.
