I wish I had red the reviews before I bought the Tre Stelle Ricotta.  As described in the 2 other reviews, it has a sour taste and there was large chunks like cottage cheese in it.
This is the one and only time I will ever buy this brand of ricotta!

Yuck! Will never buy again

I have bought this several times and each time it tastes sour, I will not buy it again, as many people have concluded. You must have changed the recipe.  You need to taste it
