I add a drop or two of yellow food coloring and you can't tell the difference between the real thing..... Much better for your health !

It's a great product to keep handy in the fridge. I use it in baking and when preparing my omelette. It makes me feel good to know that it comes from free range chickens!
It has a long shelf life.

These egg whites are a way to expand my omelettes without adding extra eggs.  They last a long time as well.

As we aged we had to be more aware of high cholesterol foods. Egg whites were an obvious alternative to whole eggs. Nature VG egg whites are exceptional quality and easy to incorporate into our meals.

Why would anyone want just the egg whites? the nutrition is in the yolk, and if you eat them together they WON'T Clog your arteries

I'm not happy about this substitution:( I buy this for my kids and they are not going to eat egg whites. I would've preferred a refund.
