I like the black fungus better than shiitake mushrooms.  It takes only less than half an hour to soak in warm water.  Just drop a few pieces into the soup.  That' it!  You can use it to stir fry with vegetables and meat too.

We've been buying SugarBee whenever we can find them the past 4 years and my entire family is hooked! Yummy sugar bees

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so yummy! product description says it should taste like molasses, caramel and vanilla. I couldn't really taste that but these apples taste like a combo of honey crisp and red delicious. not mealy. the are a medium sized apple so it was a great size for a snack. a little spendy but I would buy again.

The SugarBee Apple was so good. Perfect amount of sweetness and crunch. They are really good when refrigerated, and I love the bee sticker on it as an identifier - so cute!
