Swiss cheeses are pricey for their size but as a treat, it's worth it. Used this for quiche lorraine and of course it made the taste just right.

I have bought this cheese a lot and I noticed this time that they kept the package the same, but shorted on the actual cheese.  I is missing about ¼ of the cheese that used to be in this pack.  I don't know about you, but I am finding a lot less of the item I buy in packages that are kept the same size, eg. Crackers, cookies, cheese, sausages (used to get 6, now get 4) etc.
