It was the first time buying the great value brand since I usually buy the name brand. It was worth buying. I got 8-9 pieces per box and I bought 3 boxes, so I got 4 meals for my family. they browned and crisped up wonderfully. Tasted better than the name brand. Best value especially if you are on a budget.

Its very tasty and love that there are sometimes extra pieces in the box

They're good, doesn't taste frozen at all. Only drawback, a lot of the crunch batter came off in the box

Small pieces of Pollock fish in batter. Nothing beyond the ordinary.  I had some chips and lemon with it.

OK for a quick dinner!

Love the price, but I find this version/brand to be REALLY oily, with more batter than fish included. The competing brands do better in these two areas.

Too Oil, Not enough Fish

These were a substitution item and really not very good at all. I put them in the air fryer, no oil added and despite this, they were extremely greasy. Peeling off the oily batter to try to at least eat the inside didn't help as the greasy taste permeated the fish. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend. I didn't try them until after the return window had closed, otherwise I would have requested a refund.
