It wasn't the best

Put it straight into the refrigerator as soon as I got home. After only 48 hours, I took it out and the entire piece had turned completely black and looked absolutely disgusting.
It no longer resembled fresh meat at all. I had to throw the whole thing away — it was completely inedible and gross.
I expect meat from the store to stay good for at least a few days when properly refrigerated. This was clearly a freshness or storage issue right from the time of purchase.
Very disappointed with the quality of the meat at Walmart. I will think twice before buying meat here again.

The beef was not good. We didn't notice until we got home. Most the beef was brown. We had to throw out half of the beef because it coloring. Will not buy again.
