Absolutely love it.   It was exactly what I wanted.  Just one thing I would change….  For the cord to be longer.  I live in an older home and outlets are a premium in my kitchen.  And I’m not a fan of using extension cords on this type of appliance.

I grilled smash burgers on this griddle and they turned out perfect !  My family loved them. It was so easy to use. The enclosed cooking guide told me what temperature and how long to cook the burgers. Delicious!

So far I love the griddle.  It heats evenly.   It is very well made and it looks beautiful like it's brand name..

It is so easy to clean.  The griddle is fully immersable so it's easy to clean. 

I received my product as a gift and I am so happy with it.

This griddle is more than just a beautiful face! I love the large surface area. I can cook an entire breakfast for just the 2 of us or, when the kids + their families come over, I can make pancakes for an army (without taking forever). The XL surface heats evenly  and it regulates the temp so I dont worty about things burning. I love the added backsplash because it keeps the mess down. Speaking of mess, the XL cleans up easily. I will definitely be using it more often (and not just for breakfast)

Works great, priced right, and Gorgeous....Oh My!

Overall, this 12 x 22 griddle works great and heats evenly. The size is perfect for cooking large batches. The only issues I noticed were a few minor scratches around the product and a slight lift on the right side, but it hasn’t affected performance so far. Good value for the price!

Great Griddle with Minor Flaws

This is a great looking product but after doing the seasoning instructions per the book the whole thing is warped it looks like. The middle is high now so draining won’t work into the drip tray. Only gonna be doing pancakes on it right now so should t be bad but disappointed because wanted a good looking one and then this happened.

Good but warped

I recently purchased this back in January and it started out amazing and I used it all the time! Now I barely use it as it developed hot stops, makes clicking noises; which I found out indicates the temperature was decreasing, and there is already a burn ring forming where the hot plate would be under the flat top. Unfortunately, the temperature is so unpredictable that I can't use it as it burns the food now ?

Disappointed

The color is gorgeous. Love love love the detachable backsplash, very thoughtful addition. What I do not like about it is even after allowing it to heat up it still seems as though it's not temperature even on the whole hot plate. Very frustrating actually because it didn't allow for uniformed cooking .
