I purchased this product for my short term rental business. i tried it and it made the bullet size ice just fine however it took about 15 minutes to make 9 cubes. If it was for me I would keep the machine, but for my guests, I felt it takes too long. I returned the machine after tryout and received a full refund from Walmart. The machine wasn't defective. It just did not meet my expectations of production fast enough. I love the idea and hope a future model will make ice faster.

Works well, and continues to work. It's easily set up, and fast to operate. Takes time to get used to the sound of dropping ice though, if you haven't previously had a home ice maker. The ice bullets are about the size of a quarter each, and you get a bunch of them.

Crunching on ice is my favorite pastime. This ice machine has been perfect- so far (Ive had it for about 3 month)  it's only kind of loud when the ice is dropping.

 The water capacity is adequate and gives about 7 ice drops before needing tk be refilled. 

The only flaw? would be that the ice blocks the fill line at times. So the machine thinks the ice is full, when really the ice is just laying weird. Not a big deal, I just check it from time to time.

Lets talk crunch- never hurts my teeth. Its kind of like hospital ice chips, but not grainy. Very smoth and a soft? crunch. 

Perfect for people who also like to use it for drinks.

I really was not sure what to expect. But, I was quite pleasantly surprised. It only makes nine cubes at a time, and the initial startup routine does take the better part of an hour. However, once it started producing ice, it was enough to fill the regular ice bucket in my freezer in about two hours. It produces nine cubes at a time, and I think it says it takes six minutes to produce each batch. That sounds about right. Do be sure to let it dry out thoroughly if you're going to store it for any length of time. Do be sure to use a citric acid solution to clean out the normal buildup of calcium from the hard water that most of us use. I think it says not to use water below 40°F. I actually use bottled water out of my refrigerator and it produces slightly larger cubes, but it doesn't change the time it takes to produce them. The cubes produced or soft ice. Meaning you can chew them without breaking your teeth. Overall, I am well pleased.

Good purchase

I'm happy using this product.  Summer is around the corner and I can have access to ice for my cold drinks. The only con is the noise level is a bit high but otherwise it's a very good product.

make sure you keep it clean real good and you got plenty of freezer room because it makes lots of ice five star review I would buy another one if something happens to this one.

Bought for myself and love it, bought another for my son for this Father's Day . Didn't know I bought the same brand 3 or more years ago for a friend and it still works great!

I left the maker on while I went to the store. It filled up quick, so it stopped making ice, and then what was made melted. The ice melts in the machine. Not cool.

Noisy, the first one lasted 8 months and quit. Got another one and it's not making right size ice. It's tiny and not shaped right. Doesn't have directions to clean. It's a definite no for me.

This product worked good for couple weeks, then the add water light stopped working. After another month it stopped making ice completely. Don't waste your money
