This meat always has a great price. My go to when making soups, my kids love when I add this meat in my soup.

Awful taste and texture. I grill it, fried it and boiled it. All 3 method gave an awful taste, it had a lot of nerves and half of it was impossible to chew

This was the worst piece of meat i ever bought..Will not buy this ever again mostly bone fat and gristle

Beef?

Had more bone then meat, and to much gristle waste of money. Never again...

So, the steak looked normal when it was covered with plastic. It says AAA Angus Steak. Took the plastic off and something about it was off. They looked like small cuts of meat that they tried to glue together to form one steak. I smelled it, no foul odour but 100% sure that the marbling/fat around was not normal. I grew up in a small town and I have experience in butchering and the one that I got didn't look normal. Tried to rinse it and WHITE LINES just appeared around small cuts of meat that were glued together. After a few minutes, some parts of the meat got separated with glue meat around. Absolutely disgusting. Idk what's happening to our world now. You can't even get fresh meat and produce without chemicals.
