Okay.

Honestly for the money it's not bad at all.  Even though this skirt will seem a bit snug at first...the fabric will relax and I have not had any issues with the skirt not being stretch fabric.  Very comfy and lightweight for summer.  You will need a slip underneath.

The quality is not great, I've already heard some threads snap, because the fabric and thread are not stretchy, but I keep accidentally sitting in such a way that it causes tension.  That being said, I don't think anything too bad will happen, there's surging done on the inside seams, so they shouldn't fall apart.    
Honestly, for the price, this is just a super fun and comfortable skirt to wear this summer! I bought one in olive, and loved it so much, I went back for the maroon!    I don't think you can expect much more for the price!

I didn't like the skirt as it was transparent and the fit wasn't nice

I was very excited to find these in store and got one black and one green. But when I tried them on, I was very disappointed.. there is no stretch to the fabric, which is a must for plus size women, the middle seam is also not elastic.. this would have been the perfect skirt for summer but to my dismay, they will be returned :(:(:(
