I think it is phenomenal. I'm a 63 yr old woman and i drank it at 7:30 am, 6.2mile bike ride @ 9.8 m/h and did some weight machines at gym for abt 45 min. 2.5 hrs of work out. It is 7 pm and still have energy. Told my husband it was liquid speed. Love it.

Vega

First thing in the Morning usually around 5:30am i mix up A cold glass of lemon/lime Vega sport. Do 20 minutes of stretching and floor exercises then 30 to 45 minute cardio workout followed by a pretty serious weightlifting session with 40 to 50 different sets. Total time usally 90 to 120 minute workout. I'm 67 years old my workouts are as strong and intense as they were in my 20's & 30's. Love your product. Usally golf 3to. 4 Times a week followed by the above workout. Vega makes a difference.

Improves workouts and lifestyle

First when i bought the product, it was just for get extra energy. I would have about 3 0r 4 drinks in a day. Because i was on the go so much, never though i would loose weigh with it too. In 3 months I lost 50lbs. Its not sweet either and I love it. Thank you Vega!!!

I just saw you have it back on your website and I literally started crying. This is by far the best pre-workout on the market ( and as an marathon and ultra runner I've tried a lot) Using tumeric is tricky but you all nailed it! Love love Love this drink! Keep making it!

Been using this product for over 10 years! Ran a half marathon because of this product and I am not a runner! Was devastated when it was removed from retail stores in the U.S.A. So thankful it's now available online!! No other energy formula provides long-lasting results like this one!! Amazing, awesome, fabulous product!! My #1 favorite!! This formula is Outstanding for Me!!

Best Energy Product Ever!

I love this pre-workout as it give you good energy and is all from natural source. I bought this mainly for endurance bike ride and I have to say that is has been helping me on long ride to have a good sustain energy level without the crash so I can keep going for a long time.

Excellent Pre-Workout !!!

This product does fuel me up for my workouts without any negative side effects or jitters. However, I am just not a fan of the Açaí flavor. It almost has a Red Bull-ish taste, and maybe it just gives me bad flashbacks of my college years . I'm still choking it down before workouts, but looking forward to trying a different flavor.

Açaí, just not for me

I can't get this product to dissolve. It sits in a foam sludge atop the water. I followed the instructions to use cold water and I've tried a few other things that didn't work either. I see that others have had this problem so I'm not unique. I see that some have issues with taste but I can't even evaluate the product on that aspect because it doesn't dissolve.

Product does not dissolve

Neutral. I am a big vega fan, between online orders and store purchases, i have tried everything. Im not big on pre workout, so ill say i guess its ok. I have read its hard to dissolve. But if you mix with warm water and really give a good swirl, and then add cold water, it can be dissolved. If u like pre workout, and want a vegan alternative, then order it. The only negative thing i have to say is, I bought 6 individual packets, because like I said, im not big on pre workout and only want to try it. I put in the order in August, when I received them, they sent me products that were gonna expire in 3 months. Now i dont know if pre workouts shelf life are short so they have no choice, or they just send almost expired products when customers are buying individual packets? Because when i go grocery shopping in person I dont even buy products that are close to expiry. So a bit annoyed about this.

Not my cup of tea

I dislike most of the products I purchased, they don't dissolve well and their taste is undesirable to say the least. I purchase the vega One sample pack with many flavors and could not find a soy milk or almond milk that would make them taste good, unless adding so much sugar that it wasn't too healthy anymore. I unfortunetely will not be recommending these products to anyone.
