I have to say that I have tried other products which are not VH such as Compliments and I have never found any other name brand to be more of a quality product than VH. The thickness, quality, texture and taste stand out from the other brands. The price is higher than the other brands but well worth it. You pay for what you get. The quality of the VH Honey Garlic cooking sauce is amazing

This is my go to stir-fry sauce. It has great flavour (honey garlic is one of my favourite flavours). It's easy to use and I've usually use it with chicken or tofu but it would definitely work with beef and pork. I like that it's gluten free as many soy sauce based sauces are not.

Best cooking sauce

I always throw this and chicken into a ziplock with salt pepper and granulated garlic. Let it marinade overnight and you have a delicious easy dinner. I do miss the medium/strong garlic ones. Only thing is due to the sugar content it tends to burn on the stovetop so keep an eye on it.

Great easy dinner option

You can always find VH Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce in our kitchen pantry.  It's a great addition to chicken with rice dinner entrees or brushed over salmon fillets.  But…  Our family favourite is chicken wings tossed in a mixture of honey garlic sauce, bbq sauce and red hot sauce.  Talk about flavour!!!  Try it, I'm sure you will enjoy it too!

Always In The Pantry!!!

The VH Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce is a game changer. I had never used it before trying my daughters cooking. She told me how versatile and how many different recipes she uses it in.
I not only bought the VH Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce, I picked up a few other VH Products to try out.

Great Flavour

When I'm making short ribs, this is my all-time favourite go to sauce! It holds up well over heat and has a unique garlic taste that not only enhances the flavour profile of a dish, it also makes everything seem more tender and delicious. Highly recommend this cooking sauce.

Perfect for short ribs

This is a marinade, so don't let the sugar content scare you:  most of the sauce is discarded. I like to marinate skinless chicken thighs, then cook them on my sandwich grill.  Hint:  the grills are easy to clean if you wipe them with a paper towel while the grill is still hot.

Here is a sauce that can be used almost everywhere. Ok not everywhere but in almost everything you cook. You could use it to enhance the flavour of veg, spaghetti (yes I said spaghetti) and of course creating better than takeout honey garlic ribs either port or beef. It's one of those sauce that if I don't have it on hand I start to panic and of course it's on the very next shopping list. Oh ya and it goes on sale frequently but then you have to stock up if you don't want to run out!!!

On hand for everything

I love to use the honey garlic cooking sauce on my short ribs . I bake my short ribs in the oven at 375 degrees  for 1 hour and 30 mind . Then cut the short ribs into individuals and add to cooking pan then add the honey garlic sauce to the pan and cook on store for 5 mins at a slow heat  . Then when done I pour the ribs onto plain rice . Very delicious supper for the family .

This was my go to sauce for cooking but the quality has definitely changed and I do not like it.  Seems more watered down and not as thick as it used to be.
