Was as expected, well engineered and works great. If you're not familiar with working  with tools and don't have a basic engineering ability this one is not for you.

Bought three will return all three, only opened one and took a very long time to assemble, directions are not clear.

Would not recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. Came unassembled, which would be fine if there were any clear instructions. After spending a lengthy amount of time assembling with no written instructions, doesn't even work. Does not retract back in at all, the awning slides down and folds in on itself making it jammed. And now it looks as though for me to return it, I have to unassemble it. I should just be able to take it in store and tell them it's a piece of junk and they give me my money back. They should be able to see I can't even roll it up. Literally doesn't do exactly what it's meant to do.  Disappointing as I waited for the first one I ordered that got lost just to wait for this one and it's no good.

Horrible. Doesn't do the exact thing it is supposed to do. Does not retract. The awning slides down and folds in on itself and then gets jammed. The worst purchase I think I've ever made. And now I have to unassemble it to return!? Doesn't seem right.
