I don't understand how a sofa has nowhere to lay your back. Just a tube covered with fabric and some poor quality pillows. In general it is not bad but the design is designed so as not to sit in it and enjoy a movie.

Useless design, zero comfort.

I recently purchased a sofa from this vendor, and I am deeply disappointed with the product. The quality of the material is very poor and it doesn't resemble the picture provided at all. The weight of the sofa is less than 60 pounds, which raises questions about its durability and stability.

The comfort level of the sofa is extremely low. The sponge for the cushioning is less than 3 inches, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. It's far from the cozy and relaxing experience I was expecting.

The return process has been a nightmare. Instead of receiving a simple form to fill out for the return, I was given a link to upload a picture. This doesn't make sense as my issue is with the quality of the product, not that I received the wrong item. A picture will not adequately convey the poor quality and discomfort of the sofa.

I strongly do not recommend this vendor. The quality of their products and their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I hope others will read this review and avoid the same frustrating experience I've had.

Extremely Disappointed he worst I have ever seen

The couch has no back support. A bunch of pillows were given but it all compress and doesnt give any support. The couch looks flimsy. I dont recommend it.
