I stopped eating bacon during chemo and haven't brought myself to eat it again (personal reasons) but I SO missed the taste. Chicken, turkey bacon, tried those yuck, and they never crisp up unless you burn them to a cinder. I saw this and gave it a chance. OMG so GOOD! Tastes like bacon, the only thing is I cook them in the oven) or toaster oven) so they crisp up like the real stuff, can't stand mushy bacon. This plant-based facon is terrific, it's a staple in my kitchen now!

My husband says it doesnt tast like bacon (but its good), and i dont want it to taste like meat so i think its delish... i do suggest you cook it to your liking and not the 2 mins per side on the package

Best fake meat item

Its hard to find a good bacon sub, but this one is pretty good. Not as salty or fatty as regular bacon.

Excellent product!

It's good for vegetarians, the texture is just like normal bacon. It also doesn't absorb cooking oil as much, so it's much healthier. The smell and taste are a bit off though; it smells like bacon-flavoured dog treats and the taste was odd (probably because I used veggie oil to cook, which tastes bad).

pretty good for having no meat

Vary hard to pull apart each strip. But once they're separated, we microwave them for a minute and they're delicious. Love them on a breakfast sandwich with JustEgg!

Good flavor, need work on texture.

We buy this because the flavour and texture are good and the price is reasonable. However, are preference is Ives deli ham slices which our local Walmarts done stock anymore.

Pretty good.
