I liked this. My cat enjoyed eating it and it super convenient to buy. The only thing that could make this better is if it was in smaller bite-sized pieces. Only cause when I first brought him home he had a cone around his neck and he was just growing into his adult teeth, so smaller pieces would've made eating easier for him. But regardless its a good product for a good price that can be found like in every store.

We just added 2 new members to our family. Fred and LiLboy. They are just wee ones and finding kitten food small enough for there kibble was what concerned us. With kitten chow we also wanted quality ingredients and vitamins that all growing kitten need. We are very pleased with this product and will not switch to another, they love it and run to the bowl every time. Thanks Perina

And the price is very affordable. We later switched to cat chow. And when we got a third kitten, he to started with this kitten chow. I would reccomend it to anyone!

Adopted two rescues and this kitten chow was recommended by the shelter. They were spot on. This was the perfect dry food for the kittens. They liked the taste, the size and the crunchiness. Still use this as the dry food for the kittens who are now 7 months old, incredibly healthy and happy. Thanks Purina!

I got a new 10 week old kitten near the end of July 2014. I had 2 other cats but they were much older. I had recently had to put down my other 2 cats within 4 months of each other so I was excited about having a "youngster" in the house. I went out and got all the things I thought I'd need starting with Kitten Chow. Little did I know that's all my other two cats would eat, too. While I knew it wouldn't hurt them I knew it would give them extra calories that as seniors they really didn't need. I tried feeding the kitten in the bathroom with the door closed but then I'd forget to pick up the leftovers so what was a 67 year old granny to do? I put in a "doggie door" that went to an old "milk box" from many, many years gone by and since kittens love to go exploring she discovered it right away but the other cats knew it had nothing in it and left it alone. She'd look around and make sure no one was watching her, dash in, eat, drink and sneak back out and then lay and wait for one of the other cats to walk by and jump out at them! She's thriving, loves her Kitten Chow and the wet foods we introduced next and is helping to keep my senior cats on their toes!

We love all Purina brands, so it didn't much thought at all on what I would feed little mama's babies!...KITTEN CHOW! Those two kittens loved it and grew strong! Never had a problem or reserve in feeding those kittens the BEST!!! We took in one, Shadow, and she would tell you herself, if she could, just how much she loves Purina!(:

I have a kitten that I have had for about 4 months and he is my second, I lost my first over a year ago I had him for 7 years so this was a new start. I looked at a few foods for my little one but the one I found that has more of the nutrients that he needs to be a healthy cat was this one. He loves the flavor and he will stay on this till he is at least a year old then he will move up to the cat chow. I know this is the best choice for my cat, and I hope others will find that it is the best for theirs as well.

I found 4 kittens at 4 weeks old and after the bottle feeding I switched them to kitten chow mixed with formula and they loved it. It didn't take them long to begin enjoying dry kitten chow as well. They may have had a hard start being abandoned by their momma in extreme heat, but they have grown into big, strong cats! They love their "momma" and those early feedings helped bond us together! I volunteer with a shelter who uses kitten chow for all the babies that come through the doors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to start you new kitten off on a health path. My baby loved the flavor. I use dry for my cats, prefer not having the mess of canned food. I can leave it down for the kitten and cats to nibble as needed.

I have givin Purina Kitten Chow to every kitten I have ever had for the last 40 yrs. They always like it! It is always a part of every meal they eat because it has the nutrients they need as infants to keep them healthy until they transition to regular formula Purina Cat Chow. I wouldn't buy any other brand because my kittens are always healthy when eating Purina Kitten Chow.
