i first bought a small bag to see if my kitten would like it. well she loved it and i love that it is smaller pieces so its a lot easier for her small teeth to chew. the best part is that it was made in the usa which the vet said to choose food that was made in the usa because of the guidelines.

I recently adopted 3 kittens from my sister. She had them on Special Kitty Kitten, I think it was. Had gone to the store to buy more when I ran out, and they didn't have any in stock. The only other Dry kitten food I could find was this one. So I gave it a try. The kittens transitioned to it with no problems, and they eat it with gusto. My older cat keeps trying to get into it too, so I have to make sure what the kittens don't eat gets put away. I haven't noticed any gas or loose stool, or them not wanting to eat. Also, this this comes in a larger bag option, and it's not terrible costly.. I've decided to stick with it.

My kitten loved it (and so did my 3½year old cat)! Although I ended up having to mix the kitten food with my adult indoor cat chow so that the cat would stop stealing the kitten food, they both found it highly palatable and I found it nutritious and affordable.

I have been buying Kitten Chow since it first came out for all my new fur babies. It has been my reliable go to food that my pets have never turned their back on. Mixed with warm cat milk I make a warm cereal for the litter of month old kittens that they can't get enough of and I catch mom once and while nibbling on it also. Truly a nutritional and dependable food for my new furry family members!

This is great for kittens and pregnant cats. When we were feeding small ones and their moms this food really kept them all on the road to healthy adulthood. I definitely believe this to be an important part of the healthy pregnant/growing kitten cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having kittens again is awesome, two times in the same year just tops all!! First time we loved when they try solid food from their mothers dish and quickly we switched to kitten chow, now as soon as this 4 babies are ready, we know they will enjoy.

I rescued a kitten, and he was very skinny and sick from fleas and lack of vet care. I started him on Purina Kitten Chow and he gained almost two pounds in a month. His coat is glossy, and he is very energetic. He also loves the taste. The price is very reasonable! A great kitten food from a tried and true, trusted company! I like the fact that Purina has very few recalls. The "holistic" cat food brands are plagued with recalls, and I feel safer feeding my cat Purina. I plan on using Purina for the life of my cat.

The kittens love the taste compared to others and the older cats try and steal theirs constantly. I love that the first ingredient is a meat, so many don't make this a priority. I don't like that there is so much corn and soy used as their protein source. I would not be so torn on how I feel about this product if they had a bit more protein from healthier alternatives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started our fur babies on this when they were feral kittens whom we've adopted and live inside a warm cozy home. To this date they prefer this chow over anything else due to the bite size and non-colorized pieces.

This is an excellent kitten chow. Not only does it surpass the nutritional needs of kittens but it supports the nutritional needs of nursing or convalescing cats as well. The kibble size is easy to eat and they love the taste. Combined with outstanding nutrition, availability and reasonable cost, feline owners cannot go wrong with this kitten chow.
