The shelter I work with uses Kitten Chow, so when I have had kittens of my own (adoptees, NOT by breeding!) this is the dry food of choice. When 2 young neighborhood females had kittens (1 mom on my porch w/4 kittens, & her sister 5 weeks later had 4 kittens under a neighbor's bush) Moms got this instead of regular food. Especially after the 2nd mom died when her kittens were 9 days old & Buffy took in her nieces & nephews along with her own. All are in foster care. Kittens are still getting Kitten Chow & will until they are older- hopefully for 1st year. They really like it & nutrients are designed for growing kittens & nursing moms #though Buff is no longer nursing!)

There's just No keeping it a secret to yourself! Poor Tiger, he just loves his kitten chow, but the big cats love it too. They keep nudging him out of the way... Good thing it's got all of those great extra vitamins and nutrients in it! Tiger asks for it all day long! We call him "The hungriest kitten in the world!" It's just because he loves his kitten chow nurture!

We have rescued a number of infant kittens and swear by the nurturing formula found in Purina. Our kittens gain weight according to health guidelines that our vet recommends, and they love the taste. No need for anything more than their regular check ups and shots.

This is the best growth formula I have found that satisfies my cats growing needs. My cat loves this food and eats it right up in no time. This is a very good completely balanced food that any cat would love and is at a good cost for any login pet owner to afford.

When my Faithful was a kitten I was not sure what to feed him but I knew that I wanted the best for him. So I did some research and tried Purina Kitten Chow. Well it was amazing because he loved it and I could tell was getting the nutrition he needed. What happened was I had tried another brand not knowing and he would not stop eating and it was as if he was starving all the time. I was very worried and decided to try another brand of food. I looked and read many brands at the store and decided that I would try Purina Kitten Chow Nurture and Praise God!!!!, My Baby loved the food and was not eating like he was starving anymore. He actually starting eating normal and was growing as where I was worried before. Thank You Purina for the love you put in your food!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fostering some kittens and they loved this! I have always used Purina kitten chow when I adopted kittens myself so I knew it was a great product. The size is right and never any waste. All I have fed this have gained weight and were quite active. I recommend!

We catch cats from the local feral colony and have them spayed/neutered. There was one cat we could not catch. When she was pregnant, we would put out Purina Kitten Chow. When her kittens were about 3 days old, she brought them into our garage. When her 1st litter was of weaning age, we caught them and brought them into the house. When they were ready for dry food, we fed them Kitten Chow. Then, when they were tame, we adopted them out. She continued to have more litters. When they were of weaning age, she would bring them to our back door and leave them for us to take care of. All of our cats but Harry are her kittens, and they all love Kitten Chow as part of their daily diet which, since they are part Maine Coon, is considerable. They love it, and when they hear a new bag being opened, they all come running!

I used Purina Cat Chow Kitten Nuturing Formula when my Kirara was a kitten. Kirara loved the taste of this cat food. I knew she was getting the correct kitten nutrition as well. Kirara was a happy healthy kitten! She was (and still is) a feisty ball of fur! This kitten formula helped keep her full of healthy energy and helped keep her coat healthy, soft, and shiny!

I bought this for a while for my kitten and some kittens outside. The outdoor ones loved it but my indoor kitty took a while to warm up to it. The bits could be just a bit smaller. I had to break up for a bit. But overall great product at a good price

I rescued a kitten, and he was very skinny and sick from fleas and lack of vet care. I started him on Purina Kitten Chow and he gained almost two pounds in a month. His coat is glossy, and he is very energetic. He also loves the taste. The price is very reasonable! A great kitten food from a tried and true, trusted company! I like the fact that Purina has very few recalls. The "holistic" cat food brands are plagued with recalls, and I feel safer feeding my cat Purina. I plan on using Purina for the life of my cat.
