i am a usual customer however last batch was disappointing it breaks, shreds and not smooth like usual

I love the original Glide but couldn't find it at the store so bought the Deep Clean Mint Floss. I'm still on my first roll but it has broken more than six times in different areas. I'm ready to just throw it all in the trash.
