The color is true to match the box. I use it for my gray roots and it continues to match my own hair every time! And The conditioner makes my hair sooooo much softer than any other

Great color but you do have to deal with the gray tint for a couple days. It doesn't seem to last quite as long as another brand I use, but I prefer this color.

This is the product I have used for years and it is sometimes hard to find. I LOVE the home delivery because it saves me running all over town looking for this color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product results are just as good as a salon without the expense. Used it for years. I've had color done at the salon as well. Save the money!

the over all color was complete to include the grey at scalp- Easy to apply- I did check for dry hair grabbibg the color & redused the time left on- Very satisfied- Recommend-

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I checked Target Amazon and a local store and Walmart was the cheapest!! Same product at each place!!

I've used this brand for over 20 years. I go back and forth between pro color and box. I've had more than one stylist tell me how nice my color looks. It's very gentle and the color doesn't fade. I only recolor because of my gray roots.

Comes on a little stronger than expected at first. I was a little grey before showering again. But after that second wash it really helped to take away a lot of the brassiness I was seeing

Je viens d'essayer le teinture Superior Preference et tout est parfait. La texture, l'odeur, le temps d'attente, le revitalisant et le résultat. Le résultat est très naturel. Le jaune dans mes cheveux est complètement disparu.

I started using this product a few years ago and the color is not as vibrant and consistent as it used to be. You never know what you're going to get. You end having to color it sooner than usual and the color just dies out. Not good
