I can feel the chemicals on my hair more than some of Loreal's other dyes, but I got a truer blonde look that I'm looking for. No chemical burns, redness, or flaking of skin. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I got golden blonde thinking that it will turn my hair like the color of the box. I was completely wrong. My hair was a dirty blonde and after doing this dye, it turned my hair brown.

I have dishwater, colorless salt and pepper hair. This adds a warm soft brown to my darks and golden highlights to my grays, making a beautiful color overall.

I’ve used this before. It’s good for covering grays during quarantine. I only left it on 20 minutes. I have a salon color scheduled in a few weeks!

It is true to color, the conditioner works great, I just wish that the conditioner was available to buy out side of the coloring kit in retail stores.

I would have liked it..but they sent me ash blonde instead of champagne blonde. Only bad thing about not doing my own shopping...they just arent as careful ...this has happened more than once.

Terrible! I’ve been using this color for years and out of nowhere it completely bleached my hair and turned it a pinkish blonde. There was no ash at all. It basically turned my hair orange.

I like everything about this hair color 9.5NB Lightest natural blonde. I've colored my hair for pretty much my entire life and try to avoid brassy and this does it for me.
