I like the bed, I expected it to be less firm because the one I bought is medium firm and for my taste it is too firm. The size was 12 but it only rose to 11.

​I do not slumber upon this magnificent rectangle, so I can't give you a firsthand report. But my daughter says it's like sleeping on a cloud, and she's a tough critic. As the official Chief Financial Officer of the house, the price was fantastic for something this comfortable. 10/10 would buy again. 👌

I was skeptical buying a mattress online but I took a chance on with this brand based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, and how comfortable they are! I purchased two 6” twin mattresses for each of my kids and paid $99 per (on sale) my kids are 4 and 7 and weight roughly 50 and 60 pounds. This is a great option for them! I even tested the mattresses out myself ( I'm 160 pounds and 5'8 ) so far we've had them a few days and they're great. I will update in about 8 months time with another honest review.

I'm so disappointed! I have another Zinus mattress that I love but this one is not it. There is nothing medium or firm about this. Immediately sinks and doesn't recover. It may work if you want something plush and you don't move off of your back but if you toss and turn like me, this makes that worse and you'll wake up with a half broken back! Side note- the one positive thing I will say is it has no smell!

i bought this because it said you will have a better nights sleep. sleeping on nails would be better than this mattress. it.sonks down as soon as i lay. compresses almost all the way down i can feel the mettal bars of the platform bed below. i wake up woth hip and back pain. worst mattress ever. now i have to look for a new mattress this was a waste of money

This mattress is horrible!!! This is not the same Zinus mattress that I ordered years ago! It was perfect back then. The mattress has you deep in a hole from your body weight. My husband and I have severe back pain now. Money wasted! We're so disappointed.

The Zinus Spa Serenity 12" memory foam mattress queen size bed , first of all 1st I like the thickness 2nd the pattern on the mattress 3rd the problem I have.. it hasn't give any (it just stays hard) while sleeping I'm a side sleeper, and when I wake ether on my left or right my hips hurt like a sonagun. I'm 69 have been saving to get a new mattress, but ouch. I wanted to rate it high, but I just hurt to lay down and try to sleep. Even my grandkids want lay on it cause it's just to hard.😮‍💨

I purchased this mattress expecting a true medium-firm 12-inch mattress, but my experience does not match the description. First, the actual thickness appears to be less than advertised. Even after full expansion, it does not seem like a true 12-inch mattress. More importantly, the support is not adequate. When sitting on the edge, the mattress compresses significantly, dropping to around half its height. While some compression is expected with foam, this feels excessive and indicates weak edge support. When lying down, I can feel uneven sinking depending on weight distribution, which makes it difficult to maintain proper support throughout the night.

This mattress is supposed to be 80 inches long. It is 83 inches long. Would not fit on my base. So, that was a problem. Furthermore, this mattress was way too hard!! My daughter has the "same" bed in a queen upstairs. They are NOT the same firmness. Hers is quite a bit softer. I will not buy one of these again.

This mattress is comfortable it's in the middle of firm and soft. My husband hates it he would have liked it softer but it's still comfy. I rated it 4 stars just because I specifically bought this mattress because I had it before and the comfort level was beyond it was like sleeping on clouds and I noticed the top is a bit firmer than it use to be. The only reason I got rid of my last one was due to moving and I couldn't take it with me but in saying all that it's a good mattress and it is worth buying especially for those that like firm/soft in the middle type comfort.
