The worst makeup Wipes EVER!!! They burn the skin so bad, eyes ESPECIALLY!

I was on vacation with my friends and borrowed 3 of her towelletes over the course of our trip and on the third day my face developed a rash. Though the first time I used it I noticed it stung but also that my friends did not have the same effect. It might just be that I have sensitive skin but I had used these in the past and everything was fine! My rash is still here and I've tried plenty of remedies but nothing seems to work. Also, my face is dry around my chin and neck area, as well as my eyes. Super sad that this happened and by the looks of it I'm not the only one :(

I've used these wipes for about 2 years now & about a year ago I started having issues with my eye lids. They were serverly irritated, red, itchy & had a crust like glue on them. Nothing helped & I had this problem for like 8 months. I went to eye doctors multiple times & they prescribed me multiple medications that just didn't work. I never imagined it'd be the wipes that I've used for years. One day I decided to eliminate on thing a week to see if I could find the problem & sure enough it was the wipes. I haven't used them since & my eyes are back to normal.

I had been using these wipes for over a year and loved them! They have always removed my makeup very well and smelled very fresh and clean. But I just purchased a new pack last week, and when I opened the package and started to use a wipe the smell was horrible! I thought they must have been old and expired. My face also got red and irritated even after I washed my face. If Neutrogena changed this formula they need to change back! Sadly I will not be purchasing these wipes again. I am going to have to change products completely.

I had previously used Memberd Mark makeup wipes and they were amazing. Sam's stopped carrying them so I tried these and I hate them. They do not remove makeup at all so you have to use 4 or 5 and I still felt like washing my face afterwards. I would NOT recommend or purchase these again.

They changed the wipes and supposedly better?! Now I have acne and my face is dry. I have never had dry skin or acne. Wipes are smaller n drier. I wish they wouldn't have changed been using this product for YEARS never had a problem! Throwing them away! Awful!!!!

I've been using Neutrogena makeup remover for years. Always 5 stars. The new and improved doesn't seem to have much product on it as I needed to use two to take off my makeup. I don't understand why they changed this. I will be stocking up on the old brand at stores before it runs out. I do not recommend. Sad!

So i along with many other have been using these makeup wipes for years. Recently I opened a new pack and after a couple days of use my eye lids developed this uncomfortable, unsightly, and painful rash that wouldn't go away until I realized what the source of my problem might be… these wipes. safe to say I will never purchase these again and wish I could give zero starts. For a company to claim these are safe for sensitive skin when they aren't is pretty bad.

I have had 4 seemingly random flare ups on my face resulting in tight and hot skin and a rash that had tiny blister-like bumps all over. I have now realized that the 1 constant was the use of these wipes. I'm uncomfortable and in pain and in the past it has taken several days to clear up usually resulting in a subsequent breakout. So disappointed as I had used the wipes for many years off and on. Obviously something changed. I wish I could share a picture.

I've been using these for a while but have now been forced to mostly stop because it feels like it's damaging my skin over time. The wipes are not as wet as they use to be and sometimes are nearly dry (and I've made very sure to seal it properly--but they often come dry from the first wipe after being freshly opened). Recently, the fabric feels scratchy on my skin, requires more wipes and effort to get the makeup off, and makes my skin feel raw--especially around my eyes. I mean, it feels like I've scrubbed at my face even when I haven't. I kept buying them thinking I just received a bad batch, but I guess I've had a lot of bad batches. Over time, I've gone from using them daily to now only using them for emergencies when traveling.
