My favorite mascara of all times, it gives volume separates and does not smear. Have tried so many different mascaras and always come back to using this one.

How long has it been since the lash gate incident?!! Long enough for yall to make a better wand!!! Love the mascara but the trash wand makes me not want to buy it.

I absolutely love this mascara and buy the carbon black as well if one or the other is out of stock. However, my last two of the original have disappointed me. The wand has been so delicate and is so flimsy, it's very hard to put it back in. I've had to toss them out. You have to find out what's going on L'Oréal.

Was so excited to get this mascara but after the 1st I used I couldn't get the wand back in the tube. I tried everything but it wouldn't slide back in for me to finish my eyes. And it was the only mascara I had with at the hotel for a wedding I was attending. So very disappointed in this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this mascara. I gave it multiple tries but I'm just not sure it works well for me. The brush is interesting, with extremely short bristle, more like nubs. I was worried the bristle wouldn't apply enough, but that wasn't a problem. Despite the name, it was definitely not lengthening on me. It was very volumizing, but perhaps too much, since it ended up being extremely clumpy and hard to manage. The biggest pro is that it didn't smudge or flake throughout the day, which I greatly appreciated.

Terrible . . . from the formulas to the tube and the wand! The wand is so flimsy, I couldn't push it back into the tube! Waste of money - I had to throw the thing out after one use. Come on L'oreal - this isn't your first time in the mascara arena - do better!!

The Telescopic formula has recently changed making it incredibly clumpy and dry. It does not build well AT ALL like it used to. It's not even a similar formula. I really thought I got a bad batch. This was my holy grail mascara for the past 15 or so years and now I can't even use the mascara. I have recommended this mascara to friends and family over the years and they have said the exact same and have all discontinued using. Not to mention, this formula has made my eyelashes fall out and has irritated my skin. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!!!!

This L'Oreal Telescopic mascara has always been my "go to" mascara. But did a man design the new tube? No woman or man wants to have to thread a needle first thing in the morning when they are trying to get ready. Trying to get the brush back in the tube is just that... like THREADING A NEEDLE. I even saved my last brush to use with my new tube until I wore it out. Come on L'Oreal you're better than this!
