Great product!! The instructions were super easy and inhad no trouble applying the product. Set up the timer for the recommend amount of time and my Greta were gone. Colour turned out really good.

I did my hair over the weekend and it didn't colour my hair like the box said it would. In fact it looks like i didn't even colour my hair at all. So much for working on dark hair.

I bought this colour hoping for a surprise; something bold but I should have known that I would only get a vibrant red by bleaching first. It says it it lightens even dark hair...it doesn't. Not purchasing again.

This used to be my go to colour and it always came out a beautiful dark purple that lasted nearly 6 weeks. Now that the formula has changed it fades to an ugly pink/brown in 2 weeks. You've lost me as a customer after 10+ years.
