Hi there Sheri! We're so sorry to hear the Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme shade Medium Natural Brown 50 (Truffle) did not give your hair the results you were hoping for. For a darker result use the Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme Dark Brown 40 (Dark Chocolate). If your hair is already dyed a darker shade, you will have to have the darker dye removed before you can successfully use a lighter shade. Dyed hair is much harder to lighten than natural hair.
