Ive died my hair a few times before, but used this to go back to my natural brown colour. However, the last few times I had got it done at a salon. I got the colour I wanted, but my hair wasnt as soft as it was before.

I liked that this colour was more natural looking. Nice way to see if you like red hair but we're too scared to try. Coverage was nice. I used two boxes in my hair. I had quite a bit of grey up top and it covered them pretty well. Only did the 25 minute process and not 35 minutes (what was recommended for grey coverage). All in all I was pleased with the outcome.

I used this yesterday and it only died half my head. I soaked my entire head and left the dye on for the right amount of time but when I rinsed out the dye I had chucks or cold and then my natural hair color (brown) it was just so patchy. I had to re dye my hair back to brown. I would not recommend

I have tried so many different box dyes that claim to give you an ash tone only to get brassy or copper hair. This color does have strong blue tones. If you have lighter hair i do not recommended as the blue will show up in your hair. It is meant for darker shades of brown. The blue does wash out after the firat wash or twonif this does happen to you so dont panic. Overall the shade of brown is extremely nice especially if your looking for remove any red or orange tones in your hair.

After using this product, I have three different colors of hair. I still have some platinum spots, some brown spots, and some yellow spots. I've been dying my own hair at home for 4 years. I'm not a beginner at hair dying. I followed the directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ALOT of hair and it's really thick & curly...so 1 box will NOT color my whole head. I had to decide what section of hair I want colored. The color turned out okay, I knew it wasn't going to be as light on the box, because of the base I was starting with.

Prior to using this product earlier this evening, I had (and now still have) light brown hair. Post use I have the added bonus of very blonde roots, and nothing else. I followed the directions verbatim- applied to the darkest regions first and ended with my roots ten minutes before the processing time was over, just to be sure not to over-process, for all the good that did me. I saturated all of my hair very carefully and processed for 30 minutes because my hair is coarse. But lo and behold, I showered and could already tell it hadn't actually changed my hair color by much, but blow dried to find that it wasn't any lighter. Except for the roots of course, which are now completely identical to the shade on the box. It's not a good look. I regret buying this product and will now have to purchase another, different brand of dye to repair my hair. Very dissatisfied. I've usually had great results using garnier's hair color products, but after this would hesitate to buy anything from them again.

I prefer to have a foam for application it has better coverage and less of a mess during the application process. The color came out a little darker then anticipated.

Saw this color thought it was beautiful, I couldn't wait to dye my hair this color. I colored my excitedly waiting the 25 minutes, once my hair started drying I was more than sad, the color isn't anything, lIke any of the ones on the box, I hate it, and very disappointed.
