I coloured my hair using a permanent hair colour "42 - Deep Burgundy (Black Cherry)", after Garnier had been recommended to me by a few people including the shop assistant. I was very pleased with the initial result but when I washed my hair for the first time 2 days AFTER the colouring the colour ran. A week and half later it still running. I have colour stains on my towels and also on my pillowcases. I am very disappointed and I doubt I will be using this product again.

My daughter bought this today to dye her hair brown it's BLUE she's 16 and is devastated bin crying now for 2 hrs doesn't want to go back to school looking like this based on the other reviews this dye turns blue this should not even be sold on shelves if it's NOT BROWN u get when it's done!!! Very disappointed I've bin buying your dye for years #31 darkest brown

My hair is naturally medium brown with red tones. I have used other brands of dark/deep auburn to spice up my hair and the colors have been okay but I always felt like something was missing. Well, this is my first time using Garnier 42 - Deep Burgundy (Black Cherry) and boy was I surprised when my hair turned out to be a really cool dark purple. I love it.

I had never colored my hair before but when i chose this color i was pretty happy with the outcome of it. I loved the deep color when i first dyed it cause it was almost a purple looking color, but the purple color faded and i got the color i was looking for!! but i will definatly use this color again!!!

ive only ever used garnier nutrisse color in the past, and its always worked great for me! until this. i had a family member carefully do my hair and did the roots last for about 15 minutes, yet when i rinsed it out, they were bleached blond yet the rest of my hair was exactly as it had been. have to go to the salon tomorrow to fix it. cant leave the house like this.

Please tell me you at least have a legitimate reason for discontinuing #76 and that you're not just doing it to torture me. I am so frustrated! It took me forever to find just the right shade of red for my hair. I used to have to mix 2 different shades from the beauty supply store and it still wasn't quite right. Then one day i was dyeing my niece hair with #76 and I loved it it was the color I had been looking for/ tried to achieve for years. But would it come out the same color on my hair was the question (my niece is a natural red head and mine is naturally dark brown)? So I tried it and that was it, finally after all these years! I finally found my perfect shade! Only to have you rip it off the shelves 2 months later. So I read the recommendations you made to other upset customers #66 and when i held the box up to my hair it looked the same color. So I tried it. Now I know it's not going to come out the exact color as the box for many reasons, but I do expect it to be similar. My hair came out DARK burgundy brown. #66 is supposed to be true red so why the freak is my hair so dark burgundy! I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I hate my hair this color with my skin tone it makes me look pasty. PLEASE STOP TORTURING ME and bring back 76 please!

I have used this color for many years , it is the only one that hasn't turned my hair brassy looking. I've only had to use the new formula once because I was able to find the old one , I even used a different brand one month. It was not as good as your old formula but it was acceptable. I almost cried when I used the new formula and it turned orange on my head, I really thought I had gotten the wrong bottle in the box I bought. Also as others have said it did not cover the gray or last as long . I was hoping you still made the old formula but that it wasn't available in my area, as I would love to be able to get it even if I had to order it. I personally never had an issue with it dripping...at all. I really don't want to let my gray grow out, but I've had trouble with other brands that eventually involved going to a dermatologist and not coloring my hair for 6 months. I've been a loyal customer of Garnier since I tried it after the above issue . Please bring back the old formula .

I started using this color a few months ago and love it, so happy with the shade. It was what I had been looking for and the last couple times I've gone to the store to get some for touch ups I haven't been able to find it. I decided to check here and see it's shown as discontinued!! I'm really unhappy I'm going to have to search out a color similar from another brand and hope for the best. I haven't had the best of luck with other brands as the colors would fade very fast for me but Garnier actually lasted!

I didn't realize you changed the product to Vegan. The color was horrible and didn't last long. The color faded to a weird color on my gray hair. I went back to the store to return the second box that I bought and noticed the only option is vegan. I won't be buying this product any longer.

I use this EVERYTIME I dye my hair. Used to use Feria, but I like this color the best! makes my hair look shiny, and the color is amazing, I get compliments on my hair color all the time, I have to tell them that I dye my own hair, and they don't believe me. Will stick with this forever.
