This product is really good for my hair doesn't burn or make my hair go dry when using it it's great for when your trying to keep the same color hair going and I always get the same color I will always buy this product and never be disappointed with this hair dye

This was the first time that I have ever attempted dyeing my own hair at home, and it was so much easier than I imagined. My grays are covered, and it saves me from another trip to the salon!

For the second time now, I've gotten a bad batch of product. Air got into the color tube and it came out with yucky dark brown chunks. It's usually white creme. They seemed to have changed the quality of their product and it's not good anymore. Not worth the hassle.

I am so very disappointed in my hair after using this product. I've dyed, bleached, and messed with my hair so many dozens of times over the last few years that I'm pretty confident in hair coloring, too, but this is just a mess. My (dyed) light ginger hair had faded after I went swimming and, naturally, it needed some touching up. Most of my hair was still the auburn I liked, but the ends had turned blonde and I had roots peaking through, so I decided to dye it all once-over with the same color the top of my hair was (the light ginger) to even everything out. After waiting about 20 minutes I came back to the mirror to discover my hair looked DARK brown with the dye on! Ok, I said to myself, it just looks super dark because the creme is still on it, right? In all my experience, of course the hair always looks darker with dye on it / wet, so I decided to give Garnier the benefit of the doubt. Not surprisingly, they didn't deserve that doubt. My hair is now very, VERY dark brown (um, there isn't a bit of copper in this color?) with a reddish undertone. To top it off, because I fuss with my hair a lot and it is already pretty damaged, I now have to go spend even more money to buy more bleach and developer and dry out my hair to a crisp, JUST to get it close to my original color, and even more on conditioning treatments to make sure my hair isn't straw. Beautiful ~ I've used Garnier in the past when I had dark brown hair, but in my opinion, making any dye lighter than a medium tone is like rocket science to Garnier; they simply do not know how to do it. After this, I don't believe I will be wasting any more money on this brand of hair dye Note: My BIGGEST issue with this dye is that the top of the box swatch looks vastly different than it does on the box's model, and the color here online looks bright highlighter orange on the little circle swatch. How are any of those the same color? False Advertising, if you ask me. They really need to either change the formula or change the photos to better match their product reality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dyed my hair at home for about 5 years, and I have used Garnier a few times. The formula is really nice with the shea oil and avocado oil. My hair always feels very soft and smells good after the dying process. The color lasts well and overall the porduct is really easy to use. My only complaint is that with long hair, one box really isn't enough dye whereas with some brands it is. But I really love how shiny my hair looks with this product, so it's worth the two boxes. I received this product complementary from Influenster and Garnier for the purposes of review.

I've seen other reviews saying the same thing. I've used this product before with results that were the color I wanted. This time, it was dark brown with a reddish hue. While I put the dye on my hair it wasn't even the same color as it has been in the past--I'm used to a pepto-bismol pink color that darkens to blood red before I rinse it out, and this time it was lavender that became a beige-orange. I knew from the beginning it wasn't going to be the same as it has been in the past. I hate it.

The color isn't something I would have grabbed at first-typically I go for something more on the red side, but this came out really pretty. My hair is naturally just a medium brown color, so this color darkened it a few shades and gave a slight reddish undertone, which I really like! The formula is nice and easy to use. I like the added oil you can mix in with it, but I didn't feel like there was much of a difference than when I just use regular conditioner. It was very easy to rinse out, which was great! One thing I will say is that my hair definitely smelled like dye for a few days afterwards-didn't bother me much, but just a heads up for others! Overall, very pleased!

I was looking for a medium brown and based on the other reviews figured this would most likely come out darker than the box color and produce a medium brown. I had dyed medium ash blonde hair. This color resulted in a really rich medium brown with only leaving on 20 minutes. Love it but it's definitely darker than what shows on the box. I know after a couple of washes, it will fade out a bit - just hope I can keep the richness of the color and it won't look drab. This formula along with the conditioner made my hair nice and shiny and didn't burn my scalp the way other box dyes have done.

It was nothing like the picture. I will try again in 8 to 10 weeks. I like Garnier because it leaves my hair feeling great not dry like other hair color products.

I have received so many compliments on my hair since I started using Garnier Nutrisse hair color. My hair is shiny, more manageable and the perfect chestnut shade I wanted. Thank you Garnier for this wonderful product at a price I can afford. I work in a professional office environment and this has been great because it covers my grays and makes me look like I went to an expensive salon, without costing me a fortune. I never could have done it without Garnier! Don't ever change a thing! This product is perfect!! Smells nice, too which is a real plus.
