I have used this for years, happily. Of late it isnt completely covering my grey around face. I have to touch up with another root product. I do love it tho and love the new shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair so shiny this time! I want to buy it seperately if available.

This dye did such an amazing job covering the grey and leaving my hair soft and manageable that I will definetly be a return user. The texture of my hair with most other dyes were a disappointment but this one left my hair healthy, no irritation to the scalp, easy instructions to shampoo your hair with its special after coloring Hyaluronic shampoo then conditioner. Look at the picture of my healthy hair. Trust me… it wasn't like this before the coloring. If you haven't colored your hair because of damage, no worries, this new way of dyeing your hair is the best innovation in a long time. Give it a go! You won't be disappointed.

It made my hair super shiny & the color didn't look like box dye at all. The conditioner that's included is really awesome too.

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS?? I've used this brand and shade for years for my roots (the RR). Recently grew out my dark strawberry blonde hair but my grays were coming in as well and I used this to cover in high hopes of maintaining the color with a darker root. (Think Ombre). Turned my hair a muddy brown color and super dry and damaged. Will never use this brand again!

I have been using this product for 20 years, never had any reaction or issues. With the new formula, I had an immediate red, burning skin reaction to the product all over the sides of my face. I had to run to the urgent care for help. I took pictures of my face, for how much shock I was in. On top of that, the conditioner tube came split in half. Loreal, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be using this product again or recommend it.
