I have used ponds cold cream for over 20 years. It has always broken down my waterproof makeup. Unfortunately the last cream I purchased does not remove my makeup successfully. Something has changed in their formula, and it is so sad. Why mess with something that has worked for so many years and has so many faithful clients?

Great cleaner for face and body. Fresh scent, not too strong. Great moisture for skin. I prefer this aroma to other cold creams. soaks into skin very well, leaves fresh scent in trace amounts. Enough to make you smell good. Excellent moisture cream cleans you well. Only small amount is needed.

Just like I said, it worked for my grandmother and she always used it to clean her face at night. When she passed at age 94 the mortuary man said he was going to start using it because he could not believe her age. Oh... Ponds and Oil of Olay...nothing else.

I have been using this product for 20 years to remove eye and face make up. I love it because its creamy and gentle and does not irritate my skin. It removes make up easily and is easy to wipe off and wash off. The formula hasnt changed, so I have been a loyal consumer.

I ordered the Pond's "Cool Classic" cold cream, but I was sent the "Cleansing" cold cream. I did let customer service know about this error, and I was told the correct item would be sent out to me. When the replacement arrived it was the "Cleansing" one again, so I decided to try it. It works good, but I still would have liked the one I ordered.

I usually use purchased make up remover sheets. I decided to use ponds make up remover to see how well it did. The pond was a better job of removing my make up. I still have to wash my face because I do get a little make up off with my face cleanser And washcloth. I haven’t tried using the ponds as a moisturizer after I wash my face. I’m going to start trying it for a moisturizer because after I remove my makeup, my face is very soft. I like the soft scent of the ponds, very pleasant smell. For a moisturizer the ponds is a very inexpensive way to go.

My mother in law used ponds her whole adult life. At 88, she was having surgery. They called her name, I wheeled her up, and the nurse didn’t believe that it was her because her skin was that nice. When taking her to ER, she tells them her age, and then they ask us, assuming that she is confused. I try different things because I’m stupid, but I alway come back to the ponds. I liked that I could order it online and then just go pick it up at the store and not have to get out of the car..

This cold cream is my latest obsession! I absolutely love it. I had no idea how much of a difference it would make in my skincare routine, especially on the days I wear makeup. It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed without any irritation. I’ll definitely be buying again!
