I was looking for some inexpensive speakers to blast ipod music and my beloved Cardinal games into my pool area from the pool shed. - about 25 feet. Initially I bought some 5 watt speakers....ummm, not even closely sufficient. These, however are perfect. Loud enough for me to hear over the splashing of the grandkid but not so loud you can't talk over them. While I love music, a bit of distortion in the open air doesn't bother me. Audiophiles will certainly have complaints, but not me. The cords seem to be long enough to spread the system out if desired. I ordered these this afternoon and picked them up about 30 minutes later. Great service, good price and best of all, a great product.

When I first heard sound through this system, I was honestly surprised. I was replacing some cheap PC speakers with well, cheap PC speakers. This system greatly exceeded my expectations. It produces far louder, fuller sound than I was really expecting for the price. If you've never had a system with a Sub for your PC before, expect a bit of awesome. For gaming, it's excellent. Really brings a bit of reality to gunfire, explosions and the like. For music it's good. I say good, because it is not perfect. Sounds drop off quickly below 50hz. and highs could be crisper, but that is being really nit-picky for this price range. Dedicated audiophiles may want to spend a little more, but for the majority of people, this system will rock your socks off just fine. Also, don't let the 4" driver in the subwoofer fool you. It produces enough bass to be irritating to others for long durations and it's always on. My one gripe. However, I downloaded an Open Source (i.e. free) Equalizer that lets me change sound profiles with just a click. So I can tone the bass down when I'm not alone and crank it when I am. :)

I bought this speaker system this morning on way to work, with original intentions to see if it would work with my brand new Samsung j4000 32" flat screen tv, unfortunately, sound that came out I didn't like, since I was looking to improve speaker sound of my new tv. but I had also recently purchased a new HP windows 10 slim design pc, & my current speakers were 15 year old creative speaker system & in dire need of replacement, as I hadn't found any to replace them til now. this particular Logitech Z313 system is absolutely perfect for the newere pc's like mine, hookup was a breeze, when I powered it up , I "cranked" up some good ole classic rock n roll & was very happy in the sound I got when music started. I recommend this most definitely for pcs, not TV's. a great value too for the price also.

I recently had to sell my system due to being WAY to loud(1000w) and getting complaints filed. So when i sold it i wanted to find something that still played my movies and music well. I picked up this Logitech system and It did not disappoint at all. Bass is very nice and developed for its size, and the satellite speakers are crisp and clean. Im a huge bass nut and this satisfied my need with a smaller compact setup.

I bought these to replace a 5.1 Logitech x530 set I had bought years ago with a PC. I loved the subwoofer on that thing, it really rattled things. Unfortunately, when the subwoofer went out, I had no bass whatsoever from the other speakers, and to be honest, after the original PC went out, the design on the new PC had me not using all 5 speakers due to how it was built. The card supported 5.1, but it had only 1 port, whereas the x530s needed 3 ports specifically set up with 5.1. So I found these online, did a pick up today (oddly the price on site nearby was 10 dollars more, and I got these at 30 dollars on sale rather than posted now for 35, and store had 40.) and took them home and hooked them up. Going to be honest, I miss my old subwoofer. This one doesn't have the same kick to it, but the speakers are excellent, even though I downgraded to a 2.1 system. Keep in mind, that if you want to find a set of x530s today it's over 200 dollars, and I don't think Logitech makes them anymore. So for a 2.1 system for my PC, these are great value for the money, and if you don't want to use a basic set of PC speakers, these are fine.

Had one of these that worked great for years then got wet from rain coming in an open window and the left speaker got hosed. So I bought a new one to use with the exact same PC -- and it is terrible. The subwoofer makes a scratchy sound like tinfoil in resonance to the speaker output. (Note: not 60 Hz ground loop hum.) I'm returning it. Very disappointed in Logitech, which is usually a quality brand.

Nice product replaced an older set and works great just what we need for our system. If you are expecting top of the line stereo equipment them go buy that. for the price it is great for listing to most stuff off the web or sent in an e-mail. We have always been Logitech fans and they have not let us down yet.

Great on my Computer, not sure about my TV only because I think their for . . . COMPUTERS! 50 watts of Sound, they have a wired Remote with a Headphone Jack Volume Control, Power On/Off Switch which is very handy. For the Price I think these are unbeatable! (Logitech makes some great products!) I'm probably going to by another pair for my son! Great Sound, nice Bass, Love Them!

The speakers have a clear crisp treble sound. They are pretty powerful compared to other speakers at the same price point and also have a sub woofer which others do not. The bass isn't quite as strong as other reviews have mentioned. My personal preference would be to have a bass control adjustment on the speaker itself but at the price these speakers sell for I can see why there isn't one. Over all I think these are pretty decent sounding speakers considering they aren't really expensive. Other speakers in the same price range usually sound pretty bad compared to these.

I'm a 29 year old design engineer who loves good sound quality and a lot of volume. I paid $45+tax at Walmart for the Logitech Z313 computer speaker set and I am well satisfied. The bass is clear and loud; very little to no distortion even at high volume. The treble is good and perhaps the mid range is a little bit lacking, but I would still rate these speakers as very good. They're not Bose speakers, so you may not get perfect sound reproduction, but if you are looking for clarity, lots of bass, and plenty of volume, these speakers are sufficient, especially for the price. I had heard these speakers play before I purchased them, so I knew what I was getting before I bought them.
