I am so pleased with my Keurig! It is perfect for making a single serving. Time to brew is about 2 minutes or less. Super simple to use: just add the water, add the pod, push start. It is tall and thin, takes up minimal space on my counter top. The dusty pink color is nice. And customer service is awesome!

I was less than pleased to begin with. Aside from the slim profile, it's slow, and I could never get my reusable filter to work in it. Not to worry though, fast forward a few months and it doesn't work at all. I gave my snazzy elite version w the electronic display to my son - that one worked great - and now I'm miserable.

This is the worst thing I have ever bought. Bought this in July 2022. It started leaking from the bottom this November. The only reason why I bought it because my old keurig of 6 years died on me. Keurig who ever came with this design and their piping suck. Get a better quality parts. Quit being cheap about it and selling it like it is gold

I bought this pot for a Christmas present this year, and within 3 months it stopped making full cups, I tried everything, but nothing worked. I called customer service several time and was told no problem, I sent several pictures like it asked. and each time with was denied, for one reason or another. I finally giving up and will purchase a different pot and not a Keurig

Received my K-mini about a month ago. Beautiful color, and I don't mind filling it each time; less of a breeding ground for bacteria to form. But what I do NOT enjoy is the fact that when the coffee is dispersed, the spout spits the coffee out in ALL directions. I had to put down a tea towel underneath the machine and use a 12oz cup to catch the coffee- then pour it into my mug. I took the removable pod container out, checked it for damage and replaced it in the machine. I have no idea why it does this. I'd call this “loss of product” due to poor craftsmanship; not a full cup of coffee when it's everywhere but my mug.

I bought the Keurig single serve mini. It works great. I use a reusable K-cup and put fresh-ground coffee in it (I keep the ground coffee in a Rubbermaid container. After purchasing the coffeemaker, I was bombarded with ads and solicitations to purchase disposable K-cups. These are significantly adding to the plastic problem--destroying the oceans, etc. I read that the inventor of the Keurig regrets inventing the disposable K-cup because of the destruction these are doing to the planet. Keurig should only promote using reusable K-cups. Otherwise, it's simply corporate profits over conserving the oceans and our planet. Hopefully someday Keurig will implement sustainability initiatives instead of destroying the oceans and planet with tons of plastic.

Purchsed the original K-mini in September; stopped working in December. Receiving a replacement in December; stopped working in April. Hopefully the third K-mini will be a charm and work more than three months. Too expensive to have to replace every three months.

My keurig k-mini was about 6 months old and started misbehaving. I called into support and after troubleshooting, it was determined it needed to be replaced. Less than a week later, the new one was here in a colour I got to choose (my original colour wasn't available).

As with all Keurig products, the K-Mini works great. Love the color, too. Just wish Keurig offered a travel carry case so I can take my K-Mini anywhere I go. Who wants to use lack luster hotel java-juicers when you've experienced the best, am I right?

I returned it the next day. Ran water through it before using and it was so loud. I am waiting for a warranty one from my slim model that didn't even last 6 months before it quit working. Not a happy return customer been almost 8 weeks and no new one yet!!!
