Comfortable to wear all day. Just by the nature of a Steel toe you will have to get used to the extra weight. But as far as fit, they are roomy and solid. There is a noticeable line inside the shoe between the steel toe and the nylon part on the top of the shoe but it is not unbearable. All in all great hiking shoe for the money.

Excellent shoes. 1/2 sizes and wide sizes allow the best chance for a good fit. More than I paid for their discontinued steel toes but a good fit and good look.

It is a good confortable shoe but the size runs too small. I normally wear a 11 1/2 and bought 12 wide. a good shoe if you can find the correct fit. and don't go by those charts either. they are wrong! I had to return another pair. the ones I have fit perfectly. my right foot is a 1/2 size longer than my left but 11 1/2 usually fit me. the last prior pair only the left one fit the right was squeezing my big toe. I bought 1/2 size larger and in wide and both fit perfectly! I wish they sold them without the steel toe as I was going to use this as a walking shoe. It does provide extra protection when I do work in the yard, which is a lot. I am wearing them as a general shoe, both work and play. it is a bit heavy but one can build one's legs that way so it is a plus in exercise walking. just don't expect to not get tired in leisurely walks faster until you get used to the drag. The Zoo and doing things with kids is no place to wear them unless you first get used to them. lots of walking there.

Seem to be good shoes. They do have soft insoles. However, they run small so have to return them.

Go up a size and you should be ok
