They are easy to install, create an ambiance and work well for a reasonable price.

Very efficient and perfect necessity for summer

Perfect solution for my East facing garden patio The sails don't block the breeze and give great sun protection.

We got the shade sails, we opened one and tried to hang it and no matter what you cannot get the edge straight, even looking online it suggests to hang each corner at different height does not work, so we opened the other one in long and behold, you could tell somebody already hung it, so when we took down the other sail we noticed that one had previously been hung or laid on the factory floor and somebody stepped on it. Very, very disappointed with this purchase. I'm trying to figure out how to return it.

"Off-white" arrived and is very yellow. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and ordering from somewhere else to make sure I get a true white or off-white, or maybe a grey. The yellow color I received is very off-putting.

Took forever to arrive then they sent the wrong items. It looks like the original sticker says red and they put a stick over it saying it's blue but the item itself is red like the original stick says.

Item looks like a cheap tarp material, doubtful it will hold up under direct sun and block UV rays, let alone last a rainy season. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Cheap material, shoddy construction. They are 'rough around the edges' to the point of having loose threads trailing from every seam! If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
