love the unit. very well built and constructed. my only critique is the pump. i think the long pump touch should be up closer to the nozzle and the short pump should be lower from the nozzle. the pump mechanism is too strong in my case where it shoots out the liquid which creates a splash. should be a more soothing and slower pressure to prevent splash. but overall love love love the product

We have had the brushed stainless one in our kitchen for several years now and loved it so much we decided to get one for the powder room. The white and chrome look is so clean looking. They hold a lot of hand soap and the charge holds for a long time. One of the best products you sell!

I do have two issues with the product and nothing that can't be resolved with a little more understanding and patience. This was purchased mainly for visiting grandchildren. They get the hang of using it, however, my preference would be 1) to have the amount to be dispensed flipped: the least at the lower level the most at the top level. And 2) it it is so sensitive, that picking it up to move it will often leave the counter with dribbles.

We love our new rechargeable sensor pump. It did take some getting used to, however. At first, we kept activating it when we didn't mean to, giving us little dribbles if soap on the bathroom counter. Once we got used to it, we figured out how to avoid that little problem. We loved it from the beginning, but now we live it even more! Great product, looks good, and we like the liquid soap, too.

This new model is worthless. The previous rechargeable model worked like a charm for 5 years and I highly recommended it to everyone. This is my second new model and the soap hardly dispenses. I have to try 2 or 3 times to get enough soap to wash the dishes. and YES I read the instructions and have followed every suggestion given to me by Simple Human Reps. I would not recommend this sensor pump.

I ordered my new sensor pump because my old one broke and could not be replaced by simplehuman. I am not at all satisfied with the new pump, I ordered the soap to go with it and the pump no longer has the soap insert, you just pour it in. The dispense of soap is very very low, even with height adjustment with your hand. Not a good product, and we own a lot of simple human products.

I have used Simple Human pumps for at least 10 years! They have continued to improve over time and I have learned how to use them better (use Simple Human soap!!). But the batteries really get to be an issue. This rechargeable is working GREAT - and I love that the farther away you get, the more soap you get. I'm hoping that it continues to perform well over time - the TRUE test.

I love it!!!! I now have one in every bathroom and my next purchase will be the kitchen. I just bought one as a guest gift!! Fits perfect in her kitchen!! I use the spring water soap and it is great!! I have used the cucumber but it is too thin and splatters all over the place! I did mix the spring water and the cucumber, about half and half, took care of that problem!!

I purchased two liquid rechargeable sensor pumps and charged them overnight when I received them. It has been over a month and they are going strong. I have one in my kitchen and wish the site would have offered a size a few ounces bigger, not the super sized one but maybe 2-3 oz larger. We tend to have to refill it once a week. Other than the size being a tad on the small side, it's easy to use and the one time charge has lasted longer than I expected.

I bought a white rechargable dispenser for our guest bathroom. i love how it's rechargable and it lasts a long time before charging it again. the sensor is sensitive that it dispenses liquid immediately. Easy to clean. so innovative and well thought out.
