Hubby wanted these as replacement work boots and he loves them. Says he feet doesn't get wet like his work issued ones. He also mentioned that they were comfortable.

These are second pair of Bogs. These are great winter boots. Warm comfortable. Great traction on snow. About the best.

After opening the package I was apprehensive of how these boots would fit and work. I was pleasantly surprised after wearing them on the fit, lightness, and construction of the boots. I regularly wrangle sheep and perform many tasks on my ranch that requires dexterity, water resistance and durability in my boots. These boots are the best barn boots I have ever purchased.

I work long hours in deep snow in North Dakota, extreme cold. They work well as swamping boots for tank cleaning as well, the top portion is also waterproof. I pressure wash them off and they are good to go. I suggest pairing with a good moisture wicking wool sock, and buying a boot dryer, as the insulation inside the boot will wick moisture away from the socks and regularly require drying. The only thing that would make them better is maybe a pull cord to seal them around your leg to prevent snow potentially getting inside.

Great boots, my feet stay plenty warm in the snow and on the ice in Northern Minnesota. I've owned other pairs of Bogs, this is the first pair with a composite toe. Only pair of steel/composite toe boots I own that my toes don't get cold in the snow. I'll definitely be buying another pair when I need to.

Light weight, perfect fit, breathable when hot, dry, comfortable, safe, dependable, fits my big calf like a glove, they are black, perfect tread for security that I won't slip or fall, vegan, list keeps going WOW thank you Bogs for think of us and and delivering a useful product. Amen

Things you should know about these AMAZING boots. They are SO comfortable! Easy to put on and take off. They do hug your Achilles tendon when you put them on, but it's for a snug/won't slip off feeling. My feet tend to swell up and times and it use to make my other boots so feel tight. Couldn't wait to take those boots off. Well now when my feet swell, I can still conduct business without realizing that they are swollen. I don't even have a desire to take the boots off when I am done with work. They are that comfortable! Most importantly, they are Very warm! I work in temperatures that are 17F/-8C and below. My feet were always cold, which made work challenging, but not anymore. They also do not need time to be "broken into". You can take them out of the box, put them on and be ready to get the job done with ease. Best boots ever!

Boot is very comfortable and seams to be well built. If there was a way to seal the top of the boot with a strap or Velcro I would have given 5 stars. When walking in deep snow it will go right into the boot bummer and it's too big around to get your pant leg over. I definitely like it as a big opening as it is for slipping on and off just make a way to seal the top of the boot and you'll have the market. Thanks ..... and throw a eh rated tag on it.

Light yet sturdy. Aggressive sole gives good traction. Grip is fantastic on slippery surfaces. Wide width is appreciated for comfortability. Taller or more full wrap around could enhance ankle support. If the ankle was tighter or the top of the boots had a cinch closure, less debris would fall in while wearing.

Very comfortable lower bootie however the leg opening on this boot is way too big. Big enough that I stopped wearing them. Debris and snow still find their way in all the time. Also, due to the leg gap, the boots rub my shin when walking and make a very loud snapping noise against my calf every step. If bogs were to make the leg opening significantly smaller I would buy them just for this update. Same for the workman mid height, no one has a lower leg that wide and stuff is always falling into them. On the positive side, Bogs so far are the only company that has the lower bootie design that is wide in the toes but locks in your heel which is great. I have these in the non comp toe size 10, which are slightly big on my men's size 10.5 trail sneaker feet/size 10 in bigger casual boots. I made the mistake of getting the comp toe in a size 9 as my toes hit the front. Stick to your normal size! Lastly they are nice and supportive without having huge arch support which is nice, but I do wish the midfoot area was a little more flexible.
