Works best if soil is broken up and wet, cover seed with mulch or more soil and water often for the first week! Pennington contractors blend is economical and runs less expensive than other comparable options.

It took about a week and a half but we are starting to see sprouts. I can't say how the yard will look when it's longer, but any grass is better than no grass. I can't wait to see the final results

I made sure to loosen the soil and put my seed down and watered regularly. After about 14 days the grass really came in nicely and fixed my patchy spots. Was really happy with how great the grass looks and thinking about getting more to over seed this fall. Overall great quality and good amount of seed in a bag.

It was great because it took less fertilizer and low maintenance and alot better coverage than I expected. I could not find any fault or negative in the product. Overall great product and highly recommend for any kind of lawn.

I would lime to try this product again when the Oklahoma heat is not in full effect. The product worked better where it had some shade and hot more water. But the fact that it grew at all is a testament.

I waited until the radar showed us a couple clear days and spread it evenly in a bare spot in my yard so I could closely keep an eye. Within a few days the grass was sprouting.. I think the humidity here did it very well! Would definately recommend for someone looking for a quick and easy solution!
