[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dial mens 3 in 1 body & hair wash was a free sample and omg it smells amazing & leaves your skin feeling so soft.

No need for two bottles in the shower leaves more room for my wife's assortment of shower necessities. The large pump bottle keeps me from wasting it due to an accidental over pour. The pump also keeps me from inevitability having the bottle slip out of my hand and onto my foot. The product in the bottle gets the job done. Nothing fancy just clean and fresh.

I have used the big bottle of the ultimate clean large bottle for years, now they say they changed the looks of the bottle, but they must of have done something else. Before I could go a few days and hair looked fresh and you could it for days. Now use it 1day the next day my hair looks greasy and the deodorant don't hold up either. Why do you have to change things. Now I have to try to find a new 1. I was thinking axe products, any ideas from anybody?

This review is for the soap. Not the cap? Which some people seem to have a problem with but I have had no issues with. And, if I did, I would assume it's not specific to the type of soap but rather the bottle? Anyhow, the bottle is fine by me, and I wish more shower gels went for the pump action. Now, this soap ... For the last 20ish years I've bought the cheapest soap and whether it was shampoo or body wash, used it all over because it's all the same goop just marketed different .... right? Well, now I am willing to admit that may have been misguided because this stuff is great. Before, my hair would be dry and crunchy and my skin never felt fully clean. And I just dealt with it because I am a man and I am stupid. But this Dial Ultimate clean is really that, ULTIMATE CLEAN! My hair is soft and the soap washes away so my face is de-greased and my skin doesn't have that weird residue feeling that other soaps have. It's good enough that at 40 years old, I said to myself in the shower, "Self, you need to write Dial and let them know that this soap is, in some weird way, life-changing." Dial used to have a stigma in my mind because it's what my dad would use to wash my mouth out if I said a curse word. YUCK! Not sure how this new stuff tastes, but DIAL is no longer a dirty word in this house! AND - I will never buy another shower gel again. One last thing, I hope this note finds its way to some chemist or some soap guru so they can get a proverbial pat on the back (a very clean back I assume) and they can go about their day with their head held high. This soap is out there making a difference. THANK YOU.

I can't get this pump lid to unlock no matter what, and theirs no instructions anywhere on the bottle. I'm not the only one that's had this problem. Now I have to dump it out in my hand in order to use it, but if Dial wants to send me a coupon for my trouble they can.

I have used Ultimate Clean for years, and have enjoyed the scent and abundant lather. Then for some stupid reason Dial changed the formula. Now there is zero lather and a lackluster scent with no zest. Amber Wood scent? More like garbage wood scent. Bring back the original formula and the Fresh water scent.

I have no idea how this item is because I can't get the stupid pump to unlock for me to use…. There is no instructions on the bottle. Nor is there any instructions on ur website and all the stupid you tube video are for some very adult pumps that have nothing to do with this product

Occasionally, the plunger will rotate but not pop up. To remedy this, unscrew the plunger from the bottle and remove it. Wipe the soap or lotion off the stem. Grasp the stem in one hand and the plunger in the other hand and twist it counterclockwise. This remedy is a bit messy, but it's simple.

We (3 guys in the family) have been using the Fresh Scent for more years than I can remember...yes that long. Love the smell and it lathers good. Out of nowhere it is gone and replaced by the horrible smell Amber Wood! Gross! No one, and I mean no one likes it. Not anyone in my family or anyone I talk too. Why would you replace something so good with this? Another huge issue is it does not lather!!! I tried another scent (the blue one cant remember the name) and same thing. Though it did smell far better than the Amber Wood (wet dog smells better) it does not lather. I cannot imagine who made the decision to get rid of Fresh Water, but you have lost at least 3 peoples business because of it. Its not that I am mad its just you now do not compete with your competition. The lather and smell eliminates you from at least our business and based off other comments it sounds like I am far from the only person! Please bring back the Fresh Water!
